Ship Creative Volume And Quality

From x.com/ariesnotebook

I see creative production, speed, and distribution as parts of the same growth system: brands need to make and ship creative, not just hope that one polished ad will work. My notes here span both high-volume paid campaigns and the broader idea that creative volume and quality matter across channels. This connects to winning ad creative.

On November 11, 2025, I said I had 170+ ads running at the same time, using a mix of formats, mainly raw UGC, alongside a strong bundle offer and what I called an insanely hot product. I did not identify the product, campaign, or time period.

On March 11, 2026, I described winning brands today as a combination of creative output × speed × distribution. I did not define or measure the three factors.

On April 3, 2026, I agreed with the recommendation to run more ads, writing, “Run more ads. So true.” The post did not specify which ads, products, or audience the recommendation concerned.

On May 25, 2026, I recommended making 100 mediocre ads first as an honest answer to how to make better ads. I said Meta ads, YouTube, TikTok, and organic content are all the same game of volume and quality, but did not explain why I chose 100 or how to balance the two.

On August 15, 2026, I argued that creative winners do not choose between quality and quantity: “While the mid-curves are arguing about quality vs quantity the winners are just shipping both.” The same post quoted @antinertia, who said their operation shipped more than 1,000 creatives per month to double down on winners and keep CAC “very low”; @antinertia also claimed to be in the top 5 of the AI industry while operating at 30% of capacity. Those figures and claims were theirs, not my results, and the post did not define or substantiate them.

On September 1, 2026, I reinforced the principle briefly: “Quantity AND quality.” I did not specify what to produce or how to balance the two.
