Awign shared a fraud-prevention message on 2024-07-15. It says the company provides genuine opportunities for work and income, never charges money for working with it, and reminds people that a job is a way to earn money, not pay. The message urges people to stay vigilant and protect themselves from fraud.
On 2025-06-05, I encouraged people without a computer science background who want to become software developers to start now: they are not behind and may be ahead of the next big change. I described software development as undergoing a massive shift and predicted that the next wave of developers will likely be called AI Developers. I expect coding to become faster, smarter, and more intuitive with AI as a co-pilot, comparing this transition to developers moving from raw C to frameworks and IDEs. I presented AI as becoming essential to how software is built, while leaving open what the AI Developer role and its learning path will look like.
On 2025-07-25, I created the WhatsApp group Career Matching with ThePraveen to make it easier to connect people with job opportunities. Over the past 9 years, I had connected with hundreds of people seeking referrals, interview leads, or career guidance, but sometimes a suitable role arrived too late or I could not recall who was looking. I plan to share relevant openings across industries, levels, and functions that I find through my network and investment ecosystem. I described the group as a quiet space with no noise or spam, for real, timely roles, and invited people exploring a transition—or those who know someone who is—to join or pass along the invitation: https://lnkd.in/guXkKiyf. The post did not report a membership count or hiring outcomes.
