I announced that the Environmental Hacks hackathon attracted 1,000+ registrations in a single day and offered a ₹20 lakh total prize pool, with each of the three main‑track winners receiving ₹2,00,000 cash + $2,000 AWS credits. The event also included fast‑track interview slots for 10 top students at Amazon.

I promoted the “Environmental Hacks” hackathon, the second event of the Bharat Builds Tour, organized by the WeMakeDevs community. I will be in Delhi in person at DTU on 10 October 2026 to encourage participation.
I recommend building together in a team during hackathons.
Teams can have up to 4 participants.
The in‑person event is on 10 October 2026 at Delhi Technological University (DTU).
Primary channels for finding teammates are the WeMakeDevs Discord (https://t.co/19tHpMXU6p) and the AWS Builder Center space.
The hackathon offers amazing prizes, mentorship, and an interview at Amazon.
