I hope peace can come to Ukraine, and I believe it will happen. I also hope the new US administration can influence that outcome.
On January 6, 2025, I wrote, “War is hell.” I expressed hope that the new US administration could influence peace, without specifying how. This hope connects to my broader interest in the trump administration policy moves.
I was commenting on @lexfridman’s post about his conversation with Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Lex described it as intense and heartfelt, and said his goal was to do a small part in pushing for peace; those descriptions and that goal were Lex’s, not mine.
Lex said the conversation used English, Ukrainian, and Russian, with dubbed versions in each language and an original mixed-language version. He listed four audio options—English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Original (Mixed)—and three subtitle options: English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
