I once speculated that Saudi funding might explain why an unspecified project was built in an unspecified place.
On November 13, 2025, replying to @Neatz0, I wrote, “wait a minute good point” and suggested, “its probably because Saudi paid a lot for it to be built there.” This was my tentative explanation; I did not identify what “it” or “there” referred to, or explain the basis for the speculation.
