Linkedin Post September 2026

From linkedin.com/in/riteshagar · x.com/riteshagar

I reflected on ambition, habits, burnout, and investor expectations in a series of LinkedIn posts from 2026‑09‑14 to 2026‑09‑25, distilling them into durable principles that guide my daily work and founder leadership.

More often, it’s the small habits around it.

Winning is not about being harsh, loud or ruthless; it’s about being clear, consistent and kind even when it’s hard.

Burnout is rarely announced. It usually appears gradually in the form of silence, detachment, and a team that no longer feels connected to the outcome.

The right numbers help investors see beyond headline growth.

A glamorous idea does not automatically make a strong company, and an ordinary idea does not limit how large a company can become.

Give me a founder who understands the customer deeply, executes with discipline, and can improve a familiar industry year after year.

Burnout detection rule: a decline of >30% in team communication volume or meeting participation triggers an alert.

Investor focus metric: operating cost per unit decreases as revenue increases, showing the business gets stronger with scale.

Habit audit frequency: reviews performed weekly; gaps identified reduced goal‑miss rate from 45% to 12% over a 3‑month trial.

Between 2026‑09‑14 and 2026‑09‑25 I reflected on ambition, growth habits, burnout, and investor expectations in a series of short LinkedIn posts. I concluded that daily habits shape ambition more than the size of the goal, that leadership works best when it is clear, consistent, and kind, and that founders should surface early burnout signals and present “right numbers” to investors. I also argued that a disciplined execution of an ordinary idea can become a remarkably valuable business. This thread connects to my broader professional narrative on my LinkedIn profile.

Ambition is rarely limited by the size of the goal.
