March 2026 Linkedin Posts

From linkedin.com/in/rishabhmariwala

In March 2026 I wrote a series of LinkedIn posts for early‑stage founders and investors covering financial‑year‑end review, founder accountability, product reliability, resilience, early curiosity‑driven growth, customer conversations, consumer‑business systems, pattern‑recognition instinct, attention vs demand, and Japanese convenience culture, plus a recruitment call for ex‑founders to join Sharrp Ventures as investors.

  • Financial‑year‑end review: “March closes the financial year … it also opens the next set of questions about how the business becomes stronger from here.”
  • Founder reaction to problems: “Some founders look for explanations outside the company. Others look inward first and start fixing the underlying issue.”
  • Brand building: “Reliability establishes it.”
  • Resilience vs scale: “Resilience builds companies that last decades.”
  • Early growth dynamics: “Curiosity drives the first wave.” and “Consistency determines whether the second wave ever arrives.”
  • Customer conversation: “Customer conversations begin to reveal why.”
  • Consumer‑business systems: “A well built system determines whether the business survives the tenth.”
  • Pattern recognition: “Experience trains judgment.”
  • Attention vs demand: “Attention can be manufactured. Demand has to be earned.”
  • Japanese convenience culture: “When infrastructure, logistics, and culture align, everyday consumption becomes simpler and better designed.”
  • Sharrp Ventures recruitment: “We are looking to engage with former founders who are keen to explore venture capital in the consumer ecosystem.” Reach out: https://lnkd.in/g9qiqJEQ

Decisions I emphasized: focus on capital discipline when growth slows, prioritize product reliability over early marketing, design for resilience early, invest in founders who demonstrate accountability, and bring ex‑founders on board as investors.

These ideas connect to my earlier reflections in june 2026 linkedin posts on risk and attention, and to later thoughts in april 2026 linkedin posts about pattern‑recognition and resilience.
