April 2026 Linkedin Posts

From linkedin.com/in/rishabhmariwala

In April 2026 I shared a series of LinkedIn posts aimed at family offices, startup investors, and founders, focusing on diversification, portfolio construction in consumer investing, and the shift from narrative to execution.

I adopt a diversification framework that scores each asset on correlation, liquidity, horizon, and role, because “A family office does not benefit from owning many things. It benefits from knowing why each position exists and how the portfolio behaves as a whole.”

I prioritize founders who can navigate the journey, as “The role of the investor is to identify which founders have the ability to navigate that journey.”

I focus on patterns of resilience, adaptability, and discipline because “It is less about predicting exact outcomes and more about recognising patterns of resilience, adaptability, and discipline.”

I shift evaluation from narrative to execution at the growth inflection point, since “Understanding when to shift focus from narrative to execution is a key part of investor judgment.”

I assess capital mindset because “Capital amplifies behaviour. It does not change it.”

I test durability by asking “The question is whether the business holds when these levers are reduced.”

I conclude that “Over time, outcomes tend to reflect the quality of those decisions far more than the initial idea.”

I warn that “Forcing scale in such cases can weaken the original value proposition.”

I note that “Trust takes time to establish and very little to disrupt.”

I observe that “A product that is consistently available and easy to choose often outperforms one that may be superior but harder to find.”
