X Posts July 2026 Part 1

From x.com/pareen

In July 2026 I posted a series of X updates that blend cultural critique, product‑market‑fit definition, and announcements from several DeFi/AI projects. Below I capture the durable take‑aways, the decisions I made, and the concrete results that matter for my work.

I call the toxic, PayPal‑style culture a “Moloch” that sits in almost every org’s culture and enables harmful game‑theoretic dynamics; eliminating these dynamics is essential for great work.

PMF is when you have a set of repeatable actions that bring in predictable results that lead to your company becoming sustainable/profitable.

  • Decision: Eliminate toxic, game‑theoretic culture.
  • Result: $80K closed by @crshmarket (July 9).
  • Open Questions:
    1. How will broader DeFi projects integrate Cadence and BTX without fragmenting consensus?
    2. What metrics best quantify “repeatable actions” for PMF across diverse product categories?
    3. Can the “/call‑bullshit” skill be standardized as a hiring or community‑moderation tool?
    4. What are the long‑term effects of eliminating pre‑validation incentives on startup funding dynamics?
  • Result: 1,500+ users reached (July 9).
  • Result: $30K volume and 3 creators signed for daily livestream coverage (July 9).
  • Result: $93.6M weekly volume for LeverUp’s AnyCollateral (July 9).
  • Result: $50,000+ worth of automated fuzzing work in DeltaV Ultrafuzz (July 7) running 20+ strategies.
  • Result: $1.6M raise announced for @fluffleworld (July 8).
  • Result: 7 % drop in Figma stock after Claude Design launch (July 6).
  • Decision: Delay incentive mechanisms until closed‑loop validation (no “steroids before exercising”).
  • Decision: Adopt Cadence + BTX for MEV mitigation.
  • Decision: Participate in DeltaV Ultrafuzz for high‑value security work.

In late July 2026 I posted a series of X updates from the @monad account that laid out strategic thoughts on tech competition, fundraising, product integration, and the Nitro cohort model. I highlighted power‑law dynamics, offered advice on handling money, announced the BlinkCashX one‑tap passkey deposit flow, and shared concrete metrics from Nitro Cohort 1 projects.

I noted that “the winner will take most of it. The second player will barely survive.”

I said that if you are the fifth best at something in tech, your choices are become the best, join the best, or slow death + trauma for life.

I advised “you don’t make a million dollars. you become the person who can handle a million dollars better than most other people.”

I decided to integrate BlinkCashX for repeat‑deposit apps because the one‑tap passkey flow can be enabled in about 30 minutes via a guided prompt.

  • Nitro Cohort 1 demo day had >100 investors attending.

I decided to participate in Nitro Cohort 2 because the cohort model gives access to top VCs, high‑visibility demo days, and mentorship that cannot be matched elsewhere.

I decided to avoid token launchpads, judging them to be roughly 100× larger liabilities due to misaligned incentives and lack of sustainable revenue.

  • Only 7 teams presented (not 15).
  • @40acres_Finance: $55 M TVL, $28 M underwritten, $2 M returned to lenders over 2 years.
  • @LeverUp_xyz: $35.77 M volume over 7 days, $2.39 M TVL.
  • @SntryFun announced a 75,000 MON creator competition for a public beta on Aug 24.
  • @captur_go won Solana Blitz v6 hackathon and is under review by UNICEF Venture Fund.
