In early October 2026 I shared a series of LinkedIn posts that chronicle my transition from CRO of a health‑tech firm valued at over $1 B to running a solo business that has generated more than $15 M in profit over seven years. I use these posts to teach the “Four‑Part Edge” of leadership, the “Skill Signal” framework, and how I doubled my consulting rate to $600 / hour to free up time for product creation.
After building that company to a valuation of over $1B, I quit and went all in on myself.

I took how much money I wanted to make ($500,000) and divided it by the number of hours I wanted to work that year (1,600).
From $300 an hour to $600 an hour.
You can give yourself a raise in free time, but you have to let yourself keep it.
The most important skill heading into 2027 will be the ability to learn quickly.
