Vc Fraud Playbook Observations

From x.com/Wanderbuddyapp

I observed a recurring “playbook” that a group of Gen‑Z individuals allegedly uses to perpetrate VC investment fraud. The pattern is described in a Twitter‑style thread I captured on 2026‑10‑08.

There is literally a group of gen Z kids online that has mastered the art of VC investment fraud.

They have a playbook where they hire guys from stanford and MIT to be faces of a startup.

They vibe code some good looking software and straight up run away with investor money after raising small 100-500k preseed rounds.

I dont even hate the kids. VCs kinda deserve this on the way they go after verifying and funding preseed startups.

You can have the delaware corp you can have something unique and they'll still not back you.
