Scaling Ad Budgets Aggressively

From x.com/ariesnotebook

I have shared several approaches and observations about scaling advertising and sales: increase budgets aggressively, keep a sale running beyond Black Friday, and look for opportunities to scale brands. These are recommendations and observations from individual posts, not a single documented campaign playbook. My emphasis on experimentation in advertising is also captured in never stop testing ads.

On November 10, 2024, replying to @GiovanniAikido, I recommended doubling budgets that night and doubling them again every 48 hours for the following week. I predicted, “You’ll be posting $10K days,” and closed with “Thank me later.” I did not specify which budgets or activities I meant, explain the basis for the prediction, or report whether it came true.

On December 5, 2024, I wrote that other people’s limiting beliefs can be an edge: some brand owners assume nobody buys after Black Friday and reduce scale significantly. I said that my stores extended the sale and saw even better numbers than on Black Friday. I did not say how long we extended it, identify the stores, or give the metrics behind the comparison.

On March 2, 2025, replying to @NotZainAgain, I called the proposition “~10 sales day 1 at $100 US only” juicy. This was a positive reaction to someone else’s proposition, not evidence that I made those sales; the post does not identify the product or explain what the $100 represents.

On April 11, 2025, I said more US manufacturing-based brands had recently approached me about capitalizing on their “unfair advantage” and scaling their ads. I expected many brands to pull back their spend substantially in the coming months, which I thought would make a lot of ad space easy to buy. I invited relevant brands to DM me, but did not specify the brands, platforms, size of the expected pullback, or a scaling method. This connects to my practical notes on managing meta ad accounts.

On October 24, 2025, replying to @theisaacmed, I wrote, “No one wants to see you scale like meta does 💔”. I did not explain what Meta’s scaling referred to. This was a brief reaction, not a specific scaling recommendation.

On November 28, 2025, I asked, “Evolve realm when?” while quoting @shauneng. Their quoted “Black Friday Chad scaling method” described eating rice, surfing, scaling budgets every 1-2 hours, and playing Minecraft while competitors panic; it claimed “$500k by 12pm” and ended with “Rice wins again.” Those method details and the claimed result were @shauneng’s, not my own. I did not explain what “Evolve realm” meant or report using this method.

On August 22, 2026, I described my advertising approach as “$100-300 p/ day until I find a scalable ad/offer, then scale it”. I said the search could take 1 day or 30+ days, but did not identify the product or report finding a scalable ad or offer.
