I see Hyperliquid as a compelling example of the business and design strengths I associate with perpetual DEXs. My comments range from approval of its green and aesthetic to a broader positive investment thesis about perpetual DEXs; they do not identify the subject of my September comparison.
On 2025-04-26, I said, “This goes hard with the Hyperliquid green.” The post quoted @daaniyaan; the captured text does not identify what the green referred to.
On 2025-05-22, I called Hyperliquid “a cool business” and said I liked its aesthetic.
On 2025-06-09, I said Hyper liquid branding was the best among DeFi exchanges.
On 2025-09-18, replying to @Henrik_on_HL, I argued that perpetual DEXs are the future of trading, citing Hyperliquid as proof. I wrote “$50m in rev day 1,” said the subject had 1/20th the market capitalization of Hyperliquid, and described it as backed by “the biggest and toughest crypto exchange in the world.” I concluded there was “No good reason to fade it.” The post does not identify what “it” refers to, what the revenue figure describes, or which exchange provides the backing; it gives no method or date for the market-cap comparison.
On September 19, 2025, I argued that Aster could reach a $40-100b market cap long term. I pointed to its stock trading and stablecoin activity, and compared the opportunity with BNB’s $137b market cap “right now.” I also cited a CZ interview from “1 day ago,” described as having “only 500 views lmao,” in which CZ was said to be confident that decentralized exchanges would eventually be bigger than centralized exchanges. I linked https://t.co/cp8mJZ4cVL and wrote “Dyor”; I did not give a valuation method or a more specific time horizon. This extends my Aster conviction recorded in long term conviction in aster.
Later on September 19, 2025, replying to @missoralways, I said, “Bro reworded my thesis” and “All good tho we’re all eating.” The post quoted @ariesnotebook’s version of the Aster thesis, including the $40-100b long-term market-cap prediction and the comparison with BNB; those quoted claims were @ariesnotebook’s, while my own contribution was the comment about my thesis being reworded.
On September 19, 2025, I used Hyperliquid as evidence for the potential scale of decentralized exchanges, claiming it had billions in volume, 70%+ share of the decentralized perps market, and $100M+ a month revenue, all achieved in a relatively short amount of time. I said newly launched Aster was “isn’t just hype imo,” pointing to spot and perps trading across chains and stocks, hidden orders, MEV protection, backing by YZi Labs, and promotion by CZ. I described the sector as just getting started and Aster as looking like an asymmetric play. I gave no sources or verification method for these claims. This comparison adds to my broader long term conviction in aster.
On September 20, 2025, an unidentified account replied to my Hyperliquid-and-Aster post by repeating its claims and sharing a purchase link: https://t.co/NCepAJYl2x. The quoted claims about Hyperliquid’s billions in volume, 70%+ share of decentralized perps, and $100M+ a month revenue, as well as the positive assessment of Aster’s features and backing, were mine; the replying account’s own addition was “You can buy Aster here” and the link. The capture does not identify that account.
On September 20, 2025, I said Hyperliquid had demonstrated how profitable perpetual DEXs can be and that investing in the highest-potential ones was a good idea. I also cited the belief of the founder of the world’s biggest centralized exchange that DEXs will eventually be bigger than CEXs. I did not name the founder or exchange, identify which DEXs I considered highest-potential, or give criteria or a timeframe for that view. This adds to the investment reasoning I expressed about Aster in long term conviction in aster.
On December 14, 2025, I said I was chronically online and had been looking at perpetual DEXs since GMX came out. I did not specify what looking at them involved or name any particular exchanges.
