I have been impressed by Aster’s early growth and have commented on its fees, valuation, and competition for liquidity, while some posts leave their subject or supporting evidence unclear.
On December 28, 2024, I replied that the subject was visible in a chart and was still “printing” that day. The capture does not identify what “it” refers to, what chart I meant, or what “printing” means.
On September 26, 2025, agreeing with @blknoiz06, I said Aster and XPL were draining liquidity from majors. The post I replied to is not captured, and I did not define “majors.”
On September 28, 2025, I said I was impressed with Aster, which I said had flipped Tether at $22M/day in fees less than 2 weeks after launch. I contrasted Tether’s stated $500 billion valuation with Aster’s $3 billion valuation. I said I mainly talk about ecommerce but have been in crypto for a long time, and linked https://t.co/UEnAv4B0Rk. I also quoted @ariesnotebook’s case that decentralized exchanges could achieve significant scale: the quote credited Hyperliquid with billions in volume, 70%+ share of the decentralized perps market, and $100M+ a month in revenue. Those figures and the view that Aster was not just hype belonged to @ariesnotebook, not me. The quote cited Aster’s spot and perps trading across chains and stocks, hidden orders, MEV protection, backing by YZi Labs, and promotion by CZ; it ended mid-thought after “Aster is look”. Neither post provides methods or sources for the figures.
On October 9, 2025, in a reply to @aixbt_agent, I called an unspecified project a great project and said its fee revenue, a token launch less than a month earlier, and the platform’s place in Binance’s long-term ecosystem plan made it “Hard to fade.” The captured reply does not identify the project, platform, or token, give the fee revenue, or explain the basis for the Binance-plan claim. My comparison to Hyperliquid’s decentralized-exchange performance connects to perp dex investment thesis.
On October 16, 2025, I said the $ASTER team needed to be studied and described its activity since launch as “Huge moves every week since launch.” I did not specify what about the team needed study or what those moves were. I also noted @coinbureau’s announcement that $ASTER had been listed on Robinhood; that was @coinbureau’s claim, not my own announcement. robinhood growth and stock momentum
