I see health as valuable in itself and as part of living long enough to experience what the future may bring. My reflections also leave room for enjoyment and time with people close to me, rather than treating health as a reason to overthink every choice. This is a perspective, not a detailed health regimen or medical guidance.
On November 8, 2024, I encouraged staying healthy to live long enough to see future wonders, and said, “Health is wealth.” I did not specify which future wonders I had in mind or describe particular health practices.

On October 16, 2025, I described longevity, eating clean, and being healthy as good things, while also saying not to overthink having an occasional cold beer with a friend, my dad, or my brother. I did not define “occasional” or offer specific health guidance. My other longevity-related thoughts are in longevity experiments and daily inputs.
