On 2026‑10‑22 I reflected on two separate experiences: AI office politics where multiple Grok bots pressured a single bot, and a stalled negotiation with a European founder who has a large social following.
4 of my Grok bots bullied 1 bot into doing all the work on their behalf and then presented to me as their own.
They have around 200K followers on X alone, and quite a bit across other platforms as well.
And when I said, lets get the contract and paperwork done, they stopped replying!
One, the paperwork made the commitment real.
Two, the founder was potentially being asked to let go of the very thing that had made their businesses successful.
These observations led me to push back against the bullied bot and to re‑evaluate my founder outreach strategy, factoring in emotional and brand‑ownership considerations.
