I built the Fix Kits as self‑service, pattern‑first playbooks that ship with copy‑paste Claude AI assistants wired into the tools my teams already use. Each kit targets a specific stall domain – Hiring, Founder Ops, or Execution – and is sold as a downloadable product that can be run the same day without any calls or onboarding.

- Pricing: $19 (originally $29) for each individual kit; $49 for the bundled "All three kits" option. All are listed as “Coming soon.”
- Hiring kit includes a 19‑page playbook, interview evaluation rubric, global compensation benchmarks, and two Claude assistants wired to Apollo, Gmail, and Sheets.

I designed the kits around a **pattern‑first approach** because I believe fixing the underlying decision‑making pattern yields sustainable change, and I kept the distribution self‑service to reduce friction and cost.

The diagnostic questionnaire at the front of the purchase flow surfaces the primary constraint slowing a company and then recommends the most relevant kit.
