My product approach combines product judgment with enough engineering to build what I specify. My work spans product discovery and delivery, PRD and FDD writing, UI/UX wireframing, roadmapping, SOP design, and 0→1 launches; AI and ML including LLM agents, RAG, tool calling, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, XGBoost, YOLO, NLP sentiment, and Google OR-Tools; and engineering with React, Node.js / Express, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, REST APIs, webhooks, and AI coding agents. I also work with AWS EC2, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch and S3; WhatsApp Cloud API and Flows, Shopify and Shiprocket; and Power BI, Advanced Excel, Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Sales Navigator.

At Sukoon Unlimited, I cut turnaround time by 25%.

At Panini AI Services, I improved efficiency by 25% with data-driven solutions.

At Panini AI Services, I cut process delays by 30% with new SOPs.

At Panini AI Services, I built a pipeline of 250+ qualified prospects.

At Presidency University, Bengaluru, I raised ₹5 lakh+ to build SmartAqua, an AI and IoT irrigation system.

SmartAqua field pilots cut water use by 35%.

I led 10+ AI projects with a 15-person team at Presidency University, Bengaluru.

I am open to product manager roles where I can own a problem end to end.

At Harvested Robotics, I saved 10–12% on procurement.

At Sukoon Unlimited, I raised NPS by 22% and CSAT by 18%.

At Sukoon Unlimited, I built and trained a team of 15+ caregivers and used sentiment analysis to spot churn risk early.

The warehouse system tracks 50+ items daily.

A 4–5 person operations team uses the warehouse system.

At Harvested Robotics, I cut manual work by 45% with GenAI workflow automations.

At Harvested Robotics, I built a YOLO weed-detection model.

At Harvested Robotics, 120+ farmer interactions yielded insights that sped up product cycles by 25%.

The warehouse system uses XGBoost to forecast raw-material needs from past usage and season, accounting for demand swings between summer and winter products.

Warehouse supplier quality tracking links each raw-material receipt to its QC certificate and batch, and flags missing or failed checks.

Customers sent 40–50 WhatsApp chats a day that the team struggled to answer quickly and correctly.

I built CAS with no tech team and no budget for more software.

CAS uses an AI agent with RAG and tool calling, a manager-editable knowledge base, live order and price checks, and handoff to a person when unsure; it replies only from verified company information and never guesses a price.

CAS sends a feedback check-in after 1 month, then upsell and cross-sell after 4 months.

CAS provides campaign scheduling, WhatsApp template creation, automatic lead follow-ups, and a GST-ready quotation builder from the dashboard or WhatsApp.

CAS removed ₹3L/yr in tool cost.

CAS handles 1,200+ chats a month.

8 people use CAS daily.

I produced the FDD, PRD and UI/UX for OPTRA ONE and shipped it with 1 SDE intern.

OPTRA ONE serves AC, RO and electrical service businesses that assign technician jobs over phone calls.

OPTRA ONE scheduling treats job assignment as a vehicle routing problem with time windows using Google OR-Tools.

OPTRA ONE scheduling must respect 10+ rules, including skills, double-booking, working hours, travel time, leave, urgency and customer-preferred times.

I also defined the 10+ rules and the goals the OPTRA ONE scheduler balances.

OPTRA ONE addresses the time owners lose deciding who goes where, as well as payments and renewals slipping.

I designed OPTRA ONE around the constraint that owners won't fill long forms.

I designed every OPTRA ONE screen and flow for business owners and technicians, defining feature behavior and edge cases and guiding the SDE intern from specification to launch.

OPTRA ONE is live on both app stores and piloting with AIRTH's service team and channel partners to run daily field jobs.

I built AIRTH's warehouse system with 1 intern; it is in daily use.

The warehouse system replaces an editable Excel stock sheet with one signed-in daily ledger per warehouse covering production, sales, returns and damage, samples, transfers, inward stock and wastage.

The warehouse system was built for an operations team that needed it to be quicker than Excel.

AIRTH paid ₹3 lakh a year for Respond.io, yet leads, quotes, payments and orders still lived in separate tools.

I have moved from operations and growth roles into product, staying close to both data and customers. At AIRTH Research, I am the sole tech and product owner in a non-tech company, building products from problem to launch.

At AIRTH, I designed and built CAS end to end, solo; it is in daily use.

My headline is Product at AIRTH. I am based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, and my About page is https://virajmagdum.netlify.app/. My tagline is “Sculpting Stories from silent Data!”
