In October 2026 I posted on LinkedIn about the Vercel sales‑funnel agent that now runs the top of our pipeline. Jeanne DeWitt Grosser, COO of Vercel, joined me for an Office Hours interview where she walked through how her team actually built the agent.

We decided to build a custom sales‑funnel agent in‑house rather than buying or outsourcing, starting with a single engineer as a lean proof‑of‑concept.
