I decided to do not invest in pure software companies because anyone can now build it, and only firms with several of the 8 moats can scale.

I will focus product strategy on owning the entire workflow loop, not just the AI, as advised by Bill Coughran.

I will prepare for AI‑agent mediated sales because the next big customer will never take my sales call.
