The first opened a hiring need for a Partnerships Lead at Kalmantic Labs, and the second reflected on how the GCC talent pipeline must shift from fresh‑grad apprenticeships to hiring experienced engineers because AI has automated much of the routine work.

Old GCC playbook was simple: hire freshers, give them the work, and help them grow into senior engineers.
AI is eating the work that made that apprenticeship possible.
Now everyone wants experienced engineers, and fewer companies are building them.
It is a design problem not a hiring problem.
GCCs are software factories now.
