I have criticized consumer experiences and product promises when the reality falls short, and I have also used personal travel frustrations to invite founders to solve overlooked problems. These examples range from a reported airport pickup failure to a food-delivery timing mismatch and a playful imagined premium WhatsApp tier.

Greg Moran described a Zoomcar booking made on July 9 as one of the biggest mistakes of his life. He said he spent 3 hrs roaming in hot summer conditions despite paying an extra 500 for airport pickup and drop, and called both pickup and drop experiences pathetic; he also said no one cared to listen. His post was dated 2018-07-11 07:47 UTC and did not specify the booking year or the currency of the extra 500.

I tried Swiggy Bolt, presented as 10-minute food delivery, and used the experience as a lesson in marketing: I ordered at 12:20, saw 14 minutes, encountered a 20-minute guarantee, and received the order in 29 minutes. I did not specify where I ordered, what I ordered, or whether the guarantee had particular terms.

After speaking with many travel startups, I observed that some were repeating existing work or working on problems that did not matter to me. I invited early-stage travel-tech founders from Pre-seed through Series A to solve a simple travel problem I personally face, though I did not disclose the problem in the post. I directed interested founders to https://lnkd.in/g392GkhF and asked them to email thepraveen0207@gmail.com with the subject line `Travel Challenge – [Startup Name]` to start an investment conversation. I framed the invitation around the idea that big opportunities can hide in personal, simple problems.

I congratulated Kunal Shah on a new role, then jokingly teased Indians who see themselves as part of the top 1% with the prospect of “Diamond WhatsApp Plus subscriptions” and premium-packaged, waitlisted features. The post does not establish that these subscriptions or features exist or are planned, and it does not specify Kunal Shah’s role.
