- Deployment: free hosting on Streamlit Community Cloud or Hugging Face Spaces; all services run on free tiers.
- Setup requires a Google AI Studio key, a Firebase project with Auth + Firestore, and a Service Account JSON stored in `.env` as `FIREBASE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON`.
- Key decisions: Gemini 2.5 Flash for low‑latency text‑only crisis detection; Firebase for server‑less multi‑user persistence; Streamlit for rapid, free deployment; voice input via `streamlit‑mic‑recorder`; delayed “Letter to Yourself” delivered after 7 days.
