# Instinct Whatsapp Error

On 2026-10-03 I received a support request from @noahrshinn reporting that Instinct stopped working for them on WhatsApp. Every message they send now returns the same error.

The error shown is: "I couldn't finish responding to your last message. Some actions may already have completed."

The user is unsure whether any previously‑requested tasks actually ran and asks the team to investigate the root cause, potential recent changes, and whether this is a broader outage.
