I noted that startups and small businesses will generate most AI‑related jobs, contrary to the common belief that large incumbents will dominate.

Both audited pages held ranking #1 in classic Google search, but they barely showed up inside AI Overviews.

I decided to allocate content‑team resources to optimise for AI Overviews as well as classic SERP rankings because the audit demonstrates two distinct games.
