# Hiver Github Repo

I created the Hiver repository on GitHub in September 2026 and last updated it in September 2026.

The Hiver project is written in Python.

It implements the SpotifyCares AI Support Agent, which classifies ten intents from Twitter support data, generates replies with a retrieval‑augmented LLM pipeline, and escalates critical issues via a rule‑plus‑LLM engine.
