EcoSentinel AI is a multi‑agent environmental compliance platform that won All India Top 50 at HackNow, the ServiceNow x Deloitte hackathon.
Citizens submit complaints, and Vision (GPT‑4o on field photos), NLP triage, severity fusion and legal agents categorize them using live weather (OpenWeatherMap) and AQI (WAQI) data.
It’s an event‑driven FastAPI backend wired to ServiceNow through async webhooks with automated PATCH write‑backs.
I built a Zone Manager Service Portal in ServiceNow, custom tables for complaints, snapshots, agent logs and inspection findings, and an immutable Agent Decision Log for auditability.
