In February 2024 I posted a series of LinkedIn updates that combine public‑speaking highlights, interview features, and actionable advice for startup founders. I spoke at NMIMS Corporate Summit on brand building, was interviewed by ISB, and shared three practical frameworks: a missing pitch‑deck slide, an execution‑focused hiring philosophy, and three behaviours that drive founder execution speed.

- Pitch‑deck recommendation – add a slide structured as: Why this problem, Why this solution, Why now, Why you.
- Three behaviours I identify as drivers of incredible founder execution speed: collaborative decision‑making; KPI visibility; compartmentalised high‑focus tasks.

I also stress hiring for execution – looking for people whose primary attribute is getting things done – because execution hunger predicts faster progress more reliably than pedigree.
