I built and dockerized a LangGraph multi-agent radiology report generation and evaluation system. Its workflow includes anatomical region detection, medical imaging modality classification, modality-specific image analysis, explainability, report generation, and automated evaluation. I also describe routing X-ray, CT, and MRI scans across five pathologies—stroke, COVID-19, pneumonia, autism, and brain tumors—to fine-tuned ResNet-18 models.
I also built a RAG-based conversational AI for autism spectrum disorder information, using LangChain and FAISS for domain-restricted, safety-first retrieval.
