In early October 2026 I wrote a series of short reflective entries on X that diagnose the mental “enemies” that sabotage my own achievement and lay out concrete habits to rewire my brain toward long‑term dreams.

Your brain is your biggest enemy at its default.

Your environment decides what you consider normal.

Treat hesitation like a disease.

Modern entertainment has removed almost every natural reason to stop.

You don't have a focus problem. You have a cheap stimulation problem.

Most people confuse discipline with deprivation. Discipline is choosing what you actually want over what you momentarily want.

- **Decision – Avoid normative peers** – because my environment decides what I consider normal.
- **Decision – Push through the first seconds of hesitation** – because hesitation is a disease and momentum locks in after the initial push.
- **Decision – Explicitly decide what NOT to do** – because overwhelm stems from not knowing what to discard.
- **Decision – Choose discipline over deprivation** – because they feel identical but produce opposite lives.
- **Decision – Seek difficulty as a barrier to competition** – because difficulty is the cheapest protection from competition.
