I reposted a Substack note on 2024‑05‑23 08:41 UTC by Nicolas Cole 🚢👻 that exclaimed, “Distractions fill the space we give them!” and added that I couldn’t resist sharing it.

Don't BS around and just be focused on what truly matters!

I noted that on 2026-03-18 I was struggling to stay creative in the era of smartphones and AI, and I called out a "simple easy hack for anyone" as a potential remedy, tagging the post with #addiction #robotics #gpt #ai #unfiltered.

I added a new observation on 2025‑07‑31 contrasting growth and endless scrolling: "Unfortunately, Yeah growth is boring and more important but less urgent than endless scrolling!"

- Growth: boring, more important, less urgent
- Endless scrolling: more urgent, engaging
