At Labellerr, we draw inspiration from #GANs for our business strategy.

Our scaling challenge includes moving data‑annotation SLAs from months to days while preserving accuracy and cost‑control.

To address this, we are automating repetitive manual tasks, adding monitoring and self‑healing mechanisms, and standardising pipelines across vision, audio and text domains.

We currently serve 20+ customers and aim for the next 10× growth, targeting roughly 200 customers.

I’m seeking conversations with technical leaders who have navigated the 0→1→10 scaling journey, love building, mentoring, and can think big about data curation & agentic workflows.

The tension I face is whether to stay hands‑on and keep building fast, or step back to architect for scale and lead a growing team.
