We at Eduwaive Foundation are trying to disrupt in helping policy makers gain better visibility to have more informed Data driven policy make with the use of Artificial Intelligence.

I observe that policy paralysis is the primary barrier to agricultural technology adoption; without first resolving stagnant policies, introducing IoT, machine learning, or blockchain will be ineffective.

Decision: Prioritize resolving policy paralysis before deploying advanced technologies.

Open questions remain about which specific policies constitute this paralysis, which stakeholders can unlock them, and how future technology roll‑outs will be structured and measured.
