I decided to prioritize multimodal data from the web and enterprise storage as the immediate fuel for the first version of AGI, because it is already abundant and ready for large‑scale training.
I also adopted RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) as a core alignment component, believing it is more grounded to reality and essential for making AGI super‑useful to humanity.
I reflected on the data modalities essential for achieving artificial general intelligence (AGI) and concluded that vision data will be the primary fuel, while text alone is insufficient.
Text data alone will not let us reach AGI milestones!
Vision data is going to be the biggest food for AGI.
