I observed on 2023-11-06 that a scholar is on a full scholarship at MIT, USA, and reflected that America excels at attracting the best talent while wishing India could reclaim its historic leadership in academia.

interesting thing to know here is that she is on full scholarship in MIT USA.

America is very good at attracting the best.

Other countries are good and I wish India becomes the best in this just as it was few centuries back!!!
