In case you diluting more than required, it has go through a very rigorous process with a test of real skin in the game! Nothing less...

I decide to limit equity dilution to the amount strictly required for team incentives and capital needs, and to trigger a formal “skin‑in‑the‑game” verification when dilution exceeds that amount.
