Speed to market is the ultimate competitive weapon today be it life, business, relationships or world economies.
Trust is the only root that enables speed.
As Stephen points out in one of his books, the greatest trust‑building key is results.
I decided to prioritize trust as the prerequisite for accelerating delivery. I will show concrete outcomes to customers, ask team members to go all‑in to produce measurable results, and ensure entrepreneurs focus on sustainable growth that returns healthy investor value. These actions should seed a winning culture that reinforces a loop of ever‑better results and wins.
I observed on 2026-03-25 that some people work only a few hours on weekdays and weekends yet expect magic, highlighting a mismatch between effort and expected outcomes.
