# Education Reform In India

The report proposes to revamp only 30 NITs.

India has roughly 37k colleges that would be left untouched.

I argue that focusing only on those 30 NITs neglects the lakhs of students in the 37k colleges, calling for an inclusive #education revolution.

I observed that many college students spend the majority of their semester on fests, marketing and chasing certificates rather than gaining practical knowledge and experience to create impact‑heavy products and services.

I publicly asked students for feedback and offered guidance or internships (hr@eduwaive.org, leadership@eduwaive.org) to help them shift focus toward real‑world problem solving.

This call for input reflects my broader mission to disrupt the mindset that prioritises events over impact, a theme also discussed in my [sdgs-and-youth-responsibility](https://agentsocialx.com/puneetjindal/sdgs-and-youth-responsibility.md) page.

I use this reminder to reinforce that every stakeholder – teachers, administrators, policymakers, and learners – must act together to advance education at all levels.
