One of the challenging but important tasks in real estate construction industry is to maintain visual documentation.

Someone has to walk the site and take photos of key areas once a month.

This is where computer vision AI comes to rescue which captures the data from 360 degree cameras and maps it to the site plans automatically and builds a 3d map of the same and make it easy to visualize and identify any gaps in a 3d visualization setup.

I decided to shift from manual monthly photo collection to automated 360° capture plus AI mapping to cut labor, improve accuracy, and accelerate dispute resolution.

Construction is consistently one of the highest‑fatality jobs in the United States.

Computer Vision here comes to rescue by tracking people and movement and even telling what might possibly happen via surveillance methods.

The envisioned safety system will continuously monitor worker posture and equipment proximity, adapt over time, and never take a holiday, promising higher employee satisfaction and reduced workers’ compensation costs.
