In September 2026 I shared a series of LinkedIn posts covering senior‑candidate interview design, management‑system reform, delegation policy, crisis‑leadership mindset, the "Brittle Quotient", strategic HR gaps, empowerment through delegation, career resilience, and a public‑policy appeal to curb littering in India.

People often ask me how many people should #interview a senior candidate. My answer is it all depends on the role, the reputation of the candidate and the general speed of the hiring company’s culture.

Psychometric evaluation or assessments must be quick, not 6 hour middle management experiences.

In my advisory work, I discover that some client companies have developed a management system that is possibly inadvertently creating managers who report, rather than managers who think.

At a client #leadership #offsite recently, I asked a group of 25 senior leaders to write down what their teams would notice clearly if they actually did change anything in themselves.

Ban packaging material that is not biodegradable. Period.

From these posts I derived five concrete decisions: 1) use rapid, respectful senior‑candidate conversations; 2) reshape managers to think rather than merely report; 3) delegate judgment while retaining accountability; 4) curb micromanagement in crises; and 5) launch a five‑point national litter‑policy (ban non‑biodegradable packaging, education campaign, curriculum integration, expanded bin network, zoning penalties).
