On 30 September 2026 I launched **Careeris**, a new initiative to treat hiring as a developable capability rather than relying on experience or chance.

Launch date: 30 September 2026

Live event time: 7:30–8:00 PM IST

Core belief: the capability to hire well can be deliberately developed.

I chose a LinkedIn Live format (7:30–8:00 PM IST) to engage recruiters, hiring managers, HR leaders, and talent‑acquisition professionals in a real‑time dialogue about whether hiring capability can be built systematically.
