# X Posts March 2025 Part 4

In late March 2025 I posted a series of X threads (part 4) that sharpened my founder‑mindset ideas: I argue that founders must act as the best soldier first, generate ideas constantly, avoid day‑0 pump funding, obsess over their product, delay MBA‑style delegation, champion privacy‑first infrastructure, and run intensive community mentorship.

Founders should do everything: code, sell, clean, talk to lawyers, chase invoices.

No task is too small.

Obsessively doing this gives you the right to hire others later.

Leadership in startups means going into battle first.

MBA‑style leadership – delegating, sitting on a chair, giving orders—comes much later, maybe at Google scale.

No one will believe in your product more than you do.

YC funded 20 teams of strong founders without ideas. They all failed.

Day0 funding is usually a bad idea for founders looking to do something significant long term.

Privacy is winning, finally. Without that there is no mainstream adoption.

Weekly activity (2025‑03‑08): 17 mentoring sessions, 5 investor meetings, 1 investment, 1 newsletter, 1 event, Founder Office Hours 3 demos.
