X Posts March 2025 Part 3

From x.com/pareen

In late March 2025 I posted a five‑day X thread series (2025‑03‑22 to 2025‑03‑26) that sharpened my thinking on Web3 product strategy, founder obsession, small‑team dynamics, funding shifts and personal productivity tooling. I argued that real value comes from creating loyalty‑layer experiences, that tiny‑segment focus beats broad‑brush growth, and that rapid imperfect iteration is the engine of progress. I also announced building on Monad’s high‑throughput testnet, citing its 500 M transactions in 31 days (≈186 tps), 72 validators and a 128 KB bytecode limit.

The outcome has to be value creation in the user’s life.

You don’t buy users. You win their loyalty.

Small teams will beat large teams in the era of infinite leverage.

Obsession looks boring. It means knowing your user better than anyone else. Every click. Every tiny behavior.

Speed = Imperfection + Iteration

Pick one tiny user segment. Serve them like crazy.

Monad testnet processed 500 million transactions in 31 days (≈186 tps average).

Monad has 72 globally distributed validators.

Monad bytecode limit is 128 KB.

My weekly personal output on 2025‑03‑23: 3 articles, 5 tweet mini‑threads, 5 founder calls, 3 product feedback sessions, 4 investor intros.

All of this builds on my earlier frontier‑first thinking in Part 2 and expands the concrete tactical playbook for a wellness‑engine startup.
