# X Posts March 2023

In March 2023 I posted a burst of X updates that captured my community‑building activities, a growing 80‑page “Communities and Culture” thesis, recruitment for the Buidlers Circles network, and promotion of ETH‑focused demo‑days in Dubai, Denver and Tokyo.

I am drafting an 80‑page thesis on “Communities and Culture”.

ETHDubai has **40 VCs** and **65 startups** already registered.

ETHDenver demo‑day saw **99 investors**, **81 applications**, **8 finalist startups**, and **4 partner projects** ( @0xMantle, @0xPolygon, @jump_pit, @encodeclub ).

One ETHDenver room hosted **60 VCs** and **8 founders**.

I decided to host in‑person meet‑ups in Dubai (13 Mar 2023 6 pm), Indiranagar (30 Mar 2023 7 pm) and Tokyo to foster direct networking among Web3 marketers and builders.

I am recruiting a lead for the “Buidlers Circles” network to grow presence in 50 cities; the role is full‑time in Bangalore with remote US‑timezone work.

I am focusing demo‑day exposure at ETHDenver and ETHDubai to attract investors (e.g., 99 investors, 81 applications) and showcase startups.
