Circuit breakers are centralized. $BTC doesn't care for them.

This is by design. There is no way to check my old support tickets, no way to contact the guy. You don't want responsibility. That's all. If you really want to resolve this, tell the partner to call me.

In mid‑March 2020 I posted a series of rapid‑fire X updates (15‑24 Mar) that captured my observations on the pandemic, Indian government actions, and the broader economic landscape. I highlighted Modi’s 29‑minute speech, promoted hand‑washing as 90 % of the solution, noted 63 imported COVID‑19 cases in Kerala, and referenced a Rs 770 crore relief package. I also recorded international death tolls (UK 355, US >500), Credit Swiss’s £174 million dividend (plus a £60 million payment to Sir Stelios), a request for 70 ventilators backed by a ₹3 crore pledge, and the IMF’s ability to lend about $1 trillion.

Modi’s speech lasted 29 minutes.

Hand‑washing was claimed to constitute 90 % of the solution.

Kerala reported 63 imported COVID‑19 cases from the Gulf.

The Indian relief package mentioned was Rs 770 crore.

UK deaths at the time of lockdown were 355.

US deaths had surpassed 500 with no national lockdown.

Credit Swiss announced a dividend payout of £174 million.

Sir Stelios received a payment of £60 million.

A request for 70 ventilators was backed by a pledge of 3 crore INR.

The IMF’s lending capacity to members was roughly $1 trillion.

In late March 2020 I posted a rapid‑fire series of X updates (24‑31 Mar) that captured the early Indian pandemic response, especially in Goa, and juxtaposed it with global reactions. I recorded data points, policy decisions, and commentary on supply shortages, healthcare expansion, mask guidance, and hydroxychloroquine policy.

The municipal offices registered 158 deaths this year, which is 123 more than the average of 35, contradicting official counts that suggested only 31 excess deaths.

The state government ordered retail grocery shops, stores and wholesalers to remain open to avoid food shortages during the lockdown.

A proposal was made to convert Indian railway coaches into movable hospital wards, described as “thousands of movable ‘hospital beds’” to quickly expand capacity.

An announcement claimed a 6,370‑bed medical facility was set up “overnight”.

The latest biological findings suggested that large droplets are the major transmission mechanism, leading to a recommendation that everyone should wear surgical masks.

Hydroxychloroquine was restricted to two groups only: healthcare workers and the first contacts of confirmed cases.

  • Food scarcity in Arambol prompted a tweet: “Finally, got veggies in Arambol after 6 days.”

I linked this page to x posts april 2020 for continuity of my pandemic‑era X chronicles.

  • Police enforcement was stark: “One wrong action by anyone of us can lead to a disaster of gigantic proportions!”
  • International comparison tweet: “Funny how characteristically each country reacts to the coronavirus… China tracks its citizens… Hungary becomes a dictatorship… The US gives money to businesses… Japan conceal the problem… The British bravely but stupidly seek herd immunity.”
