Bangalore Founders Dinner was co‑hosted by @monad_xyz and @brincvc, limited to 10 web3 founders with an invite‑only RSVP via comment + RT.

In February 2025 I used a flurry of X posts (Feb 5‑27) to push the Monad public testnet, hand out MON tokens, spotlight massive stress‑test metrics, and promote founder‑support programmes like Office Hours, the Founder Lounge at ETHDenver, and a Mumbai meetup.

The testnet day generated **334,000,000 requests** and the RPC endpoints went down.

Special Chogstar NFTs saw **275,775+ minted in under 24 hours**.

Across multiple wallet addresses, **111,075+ Chogstar NFTs** were minted, averaging about 2 NFTs per unique address.

Founder Office Hours on **2025‑02‑20** hosted **4 founders**.

Founder Office Hours on **2025‑02‑14** hosted **23 founders**.

Decision: allocate MON tokens to anyone who replies to the post with a testnet address to incentivise early adoption and stress‑test generation.

Decision: limit Founder Office Hours to small groups (4 slots, later 23) to ensure focused feedback and weekly‑shipping commitment.

Philosophical note: “once we commoditise agency, we will only be limited by our values/beliefs :)”.
