# Loyalty And Recognizing Contributions

I define loyalty as recognising past contributions.

I also note that giving people room is def needed too.

I intend to nurture loyalty by publicly acknowledging what people have done and to keep them engaged by granting autonomy – both are essential for sustained commitment.
