In September 2023 I posted a series of short LinkedIn updates that mixed event announcements, a link to a registration page, and a philosophical summary of the e/acc talk on thermodynamics, growth, and acceleration.
Hyderabad, let's meet today. Registration link below https://lu.ma/47njix3t
e/acc talk was mindblowing. Here are the main points:
Life seeks energy, consumes it, produces heat.
Introducing "homo-techno capital memetic." Every choice, info selected for growth.
Acceleration defined as scaling up energy consumption, Kardashev scale as reward metric.
Deceleration like death, acceleration is life. Grow or fade away.
We got 10 seats but unlimited chai.
