In October 2025 I logged a series of informal LinkedIn observations about token‑swap deals, founder leadership analogies, mentorship experiences, and community‑building challenges.

From these observations I decided to highlight the opaque nature of early‑token swaps, adopt weekly founder‑update “metronome” practices, and replicate Kanchan Kumar’s mentorship model of tight founder cohorts and brutally honest feedback.
