Had calls with two amazing buidlers today and although they're really smart, they do not get that BD / Partnerships in web3 is not the same as any other industry.

Dearth of kickass BD / Pships folks here.

How should we train a ton of people in this so the space itself can grow?

I decided to disseminate this information to the two target groups because SF and Hyderabad are strategic hubs for web3 talent and funding, and I decided to focus on training BD talent to close the identified gap.
